Each session will focus on developing the player’s game understanding, self awareness and tactical knowledge on the match court.
Leaving any technical and physical skills for the player’s coaching team.
AcePlan Game Identity Session
Develop your understanding of your game style and player identity. Highlight key areas you want to improve.
We’ll work through the performance profile to dive deeper into your game style, strengths and weaknesses, painting a picture of where you feel your game is at.
Resulting in clarity on priority areas to improve and the player identity you want to represent each time you step onto the match court.
AcePlan Goal Setting Session
A goal setting process tailored to match court performance. Track progress towards each goal using the Goal Tracker in your Player Area.
Outcome Goals - we’ll decide upon some ranking targets to work towards that will provide direction through the next phase of your journey.
Performance Targets - we’ll set clear measures that you can aim for during your matches, whether that be a 65% first serve percentage or 4+ aces.
Match Goals - we’ll select appropriate mental, physical and tactical process goals from our Goal Library, that support your game style and keep you focused on performance over outcome during your matches.
AcePlan Match Review Session
Reflect on your recent match court performances. Discuss solutions and learn from each experience.
Using the information completed in your Match Reviews, we’ll discuss recent match court experiences, and how effectively you were able to execute the match goals that were set.
We’ll also talk through the different opponent game styles you’ve faced, looking for trends and to explore the tactical intentions that can be used against each of them.
You’ll leave this session a more tactically aware and estute player.
