Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer a free trial period?
We do not offer a free trial period. However, if you cancel your subscription within the first 14 days then you can request a full refund.
What happens if I change my coach?
Changing coaches is a normal part of any player’s journey, and so we’ve planned for that. As long as your new coach is AcePlan registered then we can simply transfer your Player Area to your new coaches’ Coach Area - giving your new coach a headstart by providing them with a history of your development.
What if my child’s coach leaves the platform?
If your child’s coach decides to leave the platform then you can set up a Coach Area as a parent. We’ll transfer their Player Area to that Coach Area. This will allow your child to keep using the platform as they continue to work with their current coach, or until they start working with a new coach - at which point we’ll transfer their Player Area to them.
I coach my children but don’t associate with a coaching venue. Can I sign up as a coach?
Of course. You can sign up as a parent coach using the coach registration form. When completing the form enter ‘Parent Coach’ into the coaching venue field. Once your account is activated you can sign up your children as players - just enter your name as their coach, and ‘Parent Coach’ as their venue.
Parent coaches won’t receive any marketing material.
Please note we are currently working with a select number of venues. Register your email and we’ll notify you of further updates.
My child’s coach doesn’t want to sign up. What can I do to get them their own Player Area?
No problem. You can sign up as a parent coach using the coach registration form. When completing the form enter ‘Parent Coach’ into the coaching venue field. Once your account is activated you can sign up your child as a player - just enter your name as the coach, and ‘Parent Coach’ as the venue.
The platform is more effective when connected with your coach so we recommend doing your best to give your coach a nudge. It’s free for them after all!
